Live marinara over spelt noodles with raw manchego cheese, pine nuts and avocado

Recipe
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup basil leaves
1/4 olive oil
1T lemon
1 date
1 tsp rosemary
1 grid of nutmeg
3 sun dried tomatoes
1/4 purple onion
dash of sea salt
Puree everything and pour over cooked noodles
Grate raw manchego cheese over the top, sprinkle pine nuts and add chopped avocado.
